Paul Haddock - Broker/Owner:

Paul grew up on a cattle ranch in Nevada. He studied Environmental Health Science at Tulane University and the University of California Berkley. Paul headed his own company as an environmental contractor for seven years. Currently he lives in Roseburg with his wife and two children. Paul was past President of Circle of Success (multi million dollar producers club). He is currently a member of the Million Dollar Club, American Quarter Horse Association, Callahan PAC Land Advisory Committee. Paul has been committed to selling Real Estate since 1998 and is a Broker/Owner of All State Real Estate.

Jim began his real estate career in 1989 during his first five years in the business he was a Top Producer with another large franchise, he has excelled as a salesperson and achieved Top Listing agent, and Top Sales Agent both locally and regionally. In 1993 his last active year as a sales person before becoming a broker, Jim sold 9 million dollars worth of real estate in Douglas County and was ranked in the top 1% of Realtors in the nation. He specializes in complete office management, agent recruiting, marketing, business planning, and client service development.

Jim also founded, Pro Performer Seminars (www.properformer.com). Pro Performer is a professional training company dedicated to improving real estate agent and broker effectiveness. Providing seminars, designation programs, personal coaching, and a host of products and services the Pro Performer company specializes in providing strategies to enable agents and brokers to build their profitability. The Pro Performer approach is focused on real life nuts and bolts selling and management experiences that drive straight to the core issues facing agents and brokers today.

As a recognized leader in the field of selling skills development Jim has become a sought after expert. He is the author of two best selling books - Make Millions Selling Real Estate and Real Estate Presentations the Make Millions as well as the prestigious Accredited Luxury Home Specialist Designation (ALHS). Jim is also a contributor to two e-mail newsletters Realty Times and Broker Agent News.
